Getting a WUSTL Key

The process of getting your WUSTL Key starts with an activation email that is sent to you from Office of the University Registrar. It will allow you to create your WUSTL Key and WU email. Use your WUSTL key to into WebSTAC and all other WUSTL Key enabled applications.

WebSTAC (Web STudent ACcess) is the student's access point to their academic record at Washington University, and more. Using WebSTAC tools, students can check grades and request transcripts as well as review Billing information and interact with Dining Services, Campus Card, and Residential Life program sites.

You can get a replacement metal key between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at The Village. Outside of these hours, please call 314-935-9511 and someone will assist you with your lockout.

Students and/or employees may obtain a Washington University ID card at Campus Card Services in the Women's Building, Room 002. Here is a map of the Danforth campus. Note: Campus Card Services is not open to provide new ID cards during the weekend. Their typical hours of availability are 8am to 4pm, Monday-Friday.

If you don't pass their SAT/ACT and GPA requirements, they'll likely reject you without much consideration. To have the best shot of getting in, you should aim for the 75th percentile, with a 1570 SAT or a 35 ACT. You should also have a 4 GPA or higher.
